The visitors came out aggressive and got the opening goal in the 19th minute on a great left footed shot from Doumbia. Bobby Wood had a chance to tie the game up a few minutes later but chose to shoot near post and Rafael was able to make the save. Bobby made up for it in the 42nd minute when he got a great pass from Guidetti and fired the ball into the bottom left corner to level the game at 1. The momentum had turned and just 2 minutes later MOTM Lee Nguyen played a nice ball into the box to a wide open Cancelo for an easy finish to take the lead into half-time. Just after the break Ethan Horvath making his first start in goal of the season came up with big saves in the 52nd and 54th minutes to keep the lead. Rafael came up with another big save in the 86th to give Burton hope of getting a draw. The break through came in the 90th when Masuaku misplayed a challenge and left Potuk a ton of space to dibble into the box and cross over to a wide open Doumbia to grab a point for the visitors. Well played man, great game!! Good luck with your team and see you later in the season Highlights: FSL: ----

  11. Result: Real Madrid 3 - 1 Newells Old Boys Home Team Manager: Crash151 Franchise: Real Madrid Scorers: Clean Sheet: N/A Red Cards: N/A MoTM (if applicable): Lee Nguyen 9.5 Away Team Manager: @Berty44 Franchise: Newells Old Boys Scorers: Clean Sheet: N/A Red Cards: N/A MoTM (if applicable): N/A Match Report: This match feature teams with opposite records in the standings. Madrid looked to be the clear favorite but it was the Old Boys that came out the much better team. Belluschi hit the post in the 8th minute with a rocket shot that just missed going in. Then Josef Martinez had another great chance for the road team but he also hit the post. Madrid made the Argentines pay just 2 minutes later when MOTM Lee Nguyen put Wood through on goal to give Real and underserved 1-0 lead at the break. In the 50th minute Madrid finally looked like themselves and used some really slick passing to give Rojas a wide open look at goal and the Kiwi buried it to double the lead. Rojas bagged a brace in the 63rd minute with some unbelievable luck where the keeper punched the ball right to him in the box for an easy finish and a 3-0 lead. Martinez made up for his earlier miss with a great near post finish to give the visitors some hope. They looked to have cut the lead down to 1 but he fired another shot off the post ending any chance of a rally. Well played man, you really deserved a draw, maybe even the win. Crazy game. Good luck with your team and see you in the back half of the season Highlights: FSL: ----
  12. Result: Real Madrid 5 - 2 Bresica Home Team Manager: Crash151 Franchise: Real Madrid Scorers: Cancelo (15')(84') Nguyen (32') Guidetti (45') Wood (90') Clean Sheet: N/A Red Cards: N/A MoTM (if applicable): Bobby Wood 9.5 Away Team Manager: @Howson JAWZ Franchise: Brescia Scorers: Love (45') Boetius (74') Clean Sheet: N/A Red Cards: N/A MoTM (if applicable): N/A Match Report: The hosts got off to a great start today when Wood played a nice through ball to Cancelo who one timed it for the opening goal. In the 32nd minute Real doubled the lead when Big John played a fantastic weighted ball into the box for Lee Nguyen to fire past the Brescia keeper. The field continued to be tilted for Madrid and Guidetti took a pass from Nguyen in the 45th and put a low finesse shot in the back of the net to go up 3-0. The visitors finally broke through just seconds later when they put a hopeful cross into the box and Vagner Love made a great play to get in front of Gonzalez and head in from a tight angle. Brescia came out in the 2nd half and finally started to work their way into the game and created several chances. They finally broke through in the 74th for a really strange goal with Schlup making a really dumb play trying to keep the ball in bounds. He just passed it to the attacker who crossed the ball over to Boetius who just got enough on it to kick it into he goal. The visitors went all out attack to try and tie the game up and it backfired. Lee Nguyen got the ball on the counterattack and crossed it over to Cancelo to head home his 2nd goal of the match. Wood tacked on an insurance goal in the 90th to finish off the game. Well played man, everything went my way in this one. Good luck with your team and I'll see you in the back half of the season Highlights: FSL: ----
